Cynthia Ann Barnhart, 65, passed away in Billings, MT on March 13, 2023. She was born on November 13,1957 in Sheridan, WY to Denzil Leroy Madron and Gladys Darlene (Koch) Madron.Cynthia was the first born daughter in the family.

She was born and raised in Sheridan, WY. After graduating Sheridan High School she began working at the VA Pharmacy. Cynthia also worked at Sheridan Best Western for many years.

She married Ronald Crabtree around 1975 and out of this union they had 2 sons; Todd and Timmey Crabtree. The marriage lasted approximately 6 years.

Around 1985 Cynthia married Eugene Barnhart where she gained 2 step sons; Kenny and Kevin Barnhart.

She lived in Gillette, WY throughout the 90’s and 2000’s up until 2014 when her husband Eugene Barnhart passed away. Cynthia then moved to Buffalo, WY where she worked at the Quality Inn and got baptized into the Jehovah’s Witness Church where she was actively involved until her passing.

She loved old music, taking trips up the mountain and being with her sons.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her father, Denzil Leroy Madron (1999), her mother, Gladys Darlene (Koch) Madron (2012), her husband Eugene Barnhart (2014), her brothers; Raymond Dean Madron (1975) and Randy Keith Madron (2022).

She is survived by her sons; Todd Crabtree of Sheridan, WY, Timmey Crabtree of Gillette, WY, Kenny Barnhart of Sheridan, WY and Kevin Barnhart of Gillette, WY. Cynthia also leaves behind her 2 sisters; Patty Bauer of Greybull, WY and Wanda Johnson of Sheridan, WY.

A memorial service is scheduled for Cynthia Barnhart at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 686 Fort St., Buffalo, WY on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 1 pm.
