Regina Ehnis, 43, of Sheridan, WY died Thursday, July 8, 2010, in Billings Clinic, Billings, MT after a short battle with lung cancer.

Regina was born January 6, 1967, in Howell, MI to George & Wanda (Casto) Arnett.

Regina grew up and graduated from high school in Pinckney, MI. Regina married Chris Ehnis on September 20, 1986, in Pinckney. In 1995, they moved to East Jordan, MI where she worked for automotive related companies. They moved to Sheridan in 2007. She worked as a nutrition aide at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. Regina enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and bird watching.

Regina was preceded in death by her father George.

Regina is survived by her husband Chris; son Andrew and daughter Amanda of Sheridan; mother Wanda Arnett of Ellsworth, MI; brothers George Arnett of Ellsworth, MI, Marion Arnett of Alma, MI and Brian Arnett of Brighton, MI; sisters Rebecca Garrett of London, OH, Lenora Arnett of Weberville, MI, Martha Whitaker of Weberville, MI and Nancy Vieira of Ann Arbor, MI and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be from 5pm until 7pm on Wednesday (July 14th) from Champion Ferries Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00am on Thursday from Champion Ferries Funeral Home with The Rev. Meg Hatch officiating. Interment will be in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.
